- Two trees: Hermes (shared) and Max (personal, Hermes read-only)

Decisions Made:
- Vault location: ~/ObsidianVault
- Obsidian installed as AppImage in ~/.local/bin/
- Hermes can read Max’s tree for context but won’t write there
